About Suzy
Hello. My name is Susan Hayden Gilley. I am the Executive Director for the
Beacon Children’s Learning Center. I have been a part the Early Childhood Community for 32 years. The last 10 years, I have been blessed to be a part of the Beacon family engaging with the wonderful families and children in your Indiana Learning center location.
I have a Bachelors Degree in Human Services and Early Childhood Education from Seton Hill University. I have many years of experience in the Pre-K classroom as a Lead Teacher and as an Area Manager for the Head Start Program. I also was subcontracted as a Behavior Specialist for children with behavioral and cognitive challenges which is both a challenging yet rewarding field.
Advocating for children and families has been a rewarding career and I hope to be able to continue my mission with Beacon Children’s Learning Center.
